Do you feel confined to just one or two languages at school? Learn a new language, there’s sure to be a straightforward way to learn. Rosetta Stone is good, but it’s very expensive. Well, there is a free and effective way to learn a new language! Have you ever heard of Duolingo? Duolingo is both an app and a website! It’s easy to use and you can learn 30+ languages. These include Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German and more! For Spanish speaking individuals who want to learn English, Duolingo has courses for this. Duolingo has helped me to learn German, Russian, French and Italian.
If you happen to be walking passing by the Long Beach Public Library, you can go in and learn some languages by using a program called Mango, which is free to use with your library card! It has over 35 languages. It’s also available in the Google Play store and the Apple store!
What if you’re in Island Park? Well, the Island Park Public Library has its own language learning program called Pronunciator where you can learn 80 different languages in 50 different languages! However, I recommend Duolingo.
